Jason Baxter General Contractor + President
Our founder, president and GC of Construct All USA Inc. ,Jason Baxter, has been in the building industry his entire life. He quite literally started from the ground up following in his father and grandfathers footsteps laying block foundations in his youth.
Upon returning from college, Jason succeeded his father in running the family company. In 2001, Jason became a construction manager for a high volume Middle Tennessee builder and was responsible for building 100’s of homes a year from start to finish.
In the wake of the subprime fall out in 2007, Jason decided it best to diversify and expand his construction business on his own, so he started Construct All USA Inc., which focuses on single + multifamily construction, insurance restoration, remodels, and commercial construction &/or build outs, land/lot development, & urban core infill/development.
Licensed in 11 states, Construct All USA Inc is well versed in a broad spectrum of development, residential and commercial construction.
In 2020, Jason decided to create a division of his company dedicated strictly to the construction of high end spec, semi custom, and custom homes, and named it ElementBuilding Group.
